During this watch, pray along these lines:
A. The Hour of Prayer, Covenant,
Power and Triumphant Glory. Ask the
Lord to remove every obstacle and hindrance from your heart and mind so you
will be free to seek Him, and call upon him as a good son relates to his
Father. Pray that God will redeem
our spiritual sight from all the things that have blindfolded us from seeing
visions of God (Acts 10:3-10, Isa. 44:17-18). Ask God to clear your heart and mind of filth and spiritual
garbage so you will be at liberty to receive divine dreams, revelations and
insight from the Spirit of God (Acts 10:10-11). Pray for open heavens so you will be ushered into the
presence of God as a laborer for the kingdom (Daniel 6:13). Pray for an encounter with God. Pray that every one in your family will
have an encounter with God that will usher them into their place in Christ, in
life, in this generation and in this season. Ask the Lord to help you put to death the works of the flesh
so you will not live according to the sinful nature but according to the spirit
(Rom. 8:4). In the same way as the
father turned his back on his son because of sin, pray for divine help so you
can thoroughly turn your back on sin and every dealing with the ‘old man’ or
anything of the flesh. Distraction
is the enemy of our soul. Pray
that God will deal with all demonic transactions in our hearts, minds,
emotions, wills and bodies; that distract us from focusing on God’s purposes
(Matt. 21:12). Pray that the Lord
will find you ready when he comes for the church. Ask Him to grant you the wisdom to put oil in your lamp, and
even hold some in reserve, so you will have the stamina to wait for Him (Luke
12:38, 35). That God will raise
Christians who will eagerly watch and pray so that God’s purpose will
established (Luke 12:35; Isa. 62:6-7).
B. Pray for the Church.
Pray that God will baptize every Christian with hatred for sin in our generation
(Heb. 12:1-2). Pray that God will
send some of his angels to help Christians so that they can take off: every
garments of besetting sin, bitterness, anger, lust, pride, laziness, sexual
immorality, etc. (Zech. 3:1, Col. 3:1-5, Heb. 12:1). Pray that God will deliver His people from fighting all
unnecessary battles and fight only those that are by divine appointment (1 Sam.
17:40-58). Pray that God will deliver
the church from satanic manipulations.
Pray that God will deliver His people from all satanically inspired
unnecessary persecutions and afflictions in our nation (Psalm 144:7). Pray that every wall of division and
personal ambitions in the body of Christ will be pulled down (Acts 10:23-35).
C. Pray for the Nation. Pray that every spiritual and
physical limitation the enemy has established against God’s original purposes
for our nation will be removed (Hag. 2:6-9). Ask Him to rescue the church and Philippines from the mire
and the state of under-development and hunger (Isa. 42:22). Plead with the Lord to come to the
Philippines with His sure salvation.
That the blood of Jesus will penetrate all satanically inspired man-made
foundations (Matt. 27:51-52). Pray
that the people of the Philippines
in our generation will forsake their wicked ways and turn to God (Isa. 55:6-7). Proclaim the release of the Lord for
the people. May they be released
from mental torment, spiritual bondage and economic slavery.
Pray for the deliverance of the Lord to come to
the governments, economy and the various authority structures in Philippines –
including that of the chiefs and traditional rules. May the hold of the devil in the affairs of the continent be
broken and liberty proclaimed to all, from young to old, children to adults
(Matt. 27:51-52).
Pray the Lord to refine every Economic System in
operation, so that His light will begin to shine, in the offerings of the
Philippines. Most of our economic
resource lie buried in the ground.
Pray that by the activation of the blood of Jesus all satanic covenant
with the grave will be destroyed for our resources to be released for the
prosperity of our nation (Isa. 28:14-18, Matt. 27:51, 52).
Pray in the great power of the Lord for the
formal schools and all the educational institutions in Philippines. Pray that the Lord will enlighten the
eyes of the understanding of the people of Philippines so we can begin to operate
in the full power and wisdom of the Lord.
May the Lord take hold of the gates of the media,
arts, sports and culture, the family and the market place and rule through them
(Matt. 27:50-53).
Warfare Prayer for the
Nation. Pray that God will
overthrow all satanic activities released to attack families, churches,
communities, cities and the nation, so that peace and God’s purposes will be
experienced in our cities and nation (Job 34:25; Jer. 29:7). Send forth God’s angels to arrest
wicked spirits out to devastate the land and the people. Invite God into your life, into the
church, into the nation, government, the economy etc. Pray that Lord will come to town in His glory so all the
powers; principalities and wicked spirits that torment the people will be
chased out of town (Exo. 11:4).
Ask the Lord of Hosts to come (Psa. 45:4; Psa. 74:12; Isa. 19:1) and
take hold of the gates of the nation and
by the working of His mighty strength paralyze all the strongholds of the
devil, so Jesus will be enthroned in the Philippines. Pray that God will enlighten our spiritual eyes and give us
access to the spiritual gates as established by the enemy in the land (Eph.
1:17-19; Matt. 16:18-19). Pray
that God in His judgment will strike all the thrones of iniquity in our nation,
regions and cultural groups etc., that issues that proceed from these thrones
will be cut off (Psa. 94:20; Exo. 12:29).
Ask the Lord to extend His right hand and come to the defense of the
poor and the needy. Enforce the prophecies of the Lord for the
nation.
Pray for the 8 Pillars of the Society, fitting
the 7 Pillars of the Kingdom in each one of them. Let Jesus deal with all wrong foundations in your life, your
family, in the church, government, economy, science and technology, formal
schools, the media, arts, sports and culture. (Psalm 89:14, 97:2)
Usher Jesus into all the 8 institutions in the nation. Pray Jesus to open all these gates into
the Philippines or only the forces of God, Light and Heaven, with the keys of
David so no foreign element can gain access to harm or sway anyone. DECLARE RESTORATION, THE GLORY AND
THE BLESSINGS OF THE LORD upon the 8 pillars and the people of the land.
Pray that all the 7 Pillars in the Kingdom of God
will begin to function fully in each pillar of the society: the King, His Throne, the Foundations of the Throne (including
altars, gates and covenants), the Scepter, the Council of Elders, the Messengers (Men & Angel), and the Subjects
or the Ruled.
Pray for the COMING
ELECTIONS. Declare God’s Spirit, glory, power,
righteousness and justice over the whole proceedings: upon COMELEC, the government (both national and local),
Congress, poll watchers, National Printing House, military, PNP, and most
especially the Filipino voters.
Declare God’s Word - that He will transform the political landscape in
the Philippines in this season, that he will change the mindset, disposition
and psyche of the Filipino people at this time, that God will open their eyes
of understanding that they might think of the welfare of the people and the
nation. Bind all the evil plans of
the enemy to corrupt this coming election. TAKE DOMINION.
ENFORCE GOD’S WILL, JUSTICE & RIGHTEOUSNESS. Declare and establish in prayer the
Kingdom of God over our elections—clean elections, righteous men and women
to take the various positions in the government.
